This includes my loyal and new clients❗️ * ALL HAIR IS INCLUDED ALL COLORS ARE INCLUDED 2 or more colors is extra * 9AM OR 4PM is the ONLY times you can book (THE ONLY) I know slot times or open on the app but I only braid either 9AM or 4PM❗️ * Full payment is due upfront upon arrival ❗️( CASH , CASH APP , APPLE PAY ) *Please park on the backside on the parking lot , not directly in front of the door * You CANNOT change your hair style or size the day of * PLEASE no extra people can come or sit with you for no reason at all * PLEASE bring AirPods or earphones while talking on the phone or watching videos * Hair must be 3 inches or longer for braided styles * Please come with proper hygiene * Please do not get your ends clipped before getting braids There is $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking, The deposit does go towards your balance. You will have a 10 minute grace period after 10 mins, your deposit does NOT go towards your balance for your hairstyle. After 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule. $75 travel fee ( no matter the distance). It’s a $25 same day fee , If you have to reschedule, you MUST pay another deposit of $50 which is non-refundable. No response to confirmation of your appointment non-refundable. NO CALL NO SHOW is 40% of your appointment. You can NOT reschedule 2-3 hours before your appointment. I have to set boundaries due to clients coming excessively late which is forcing me to push my time back for other clients scheduled that day. It’s not fair to other clients when I have to tell them I’m behind. Please come with your hair clean (free of any oils), washed and blow dried preferably the night before or day of your appointment❗️I will NOT accept any clients who hair is not properly washed and detangled and oil free, you can PAY for them services separately.. if not done correctly I will have to turn you around I will NOT do your hair no exceptions ❗️, please be advised if you do have a lot of hair promos might not apply to you . ALL INFORMATION is on this site I will not respond back to inboxes to anything that is already said on this booking website. I do include a 30mins break for myself during braiding appointments. 9AM and 4PM is the ONLY two time slots please DO NOT BOOK any times besides 9AM or 4PM thank you 💕 IF there is anything is wrong we can talk things out I will offer a full service within in 7 days if the problem is that big I do NOT offer refunds !
